This wooden dolls house offers lots of possibilities for play and
display. The front, complete with windows and opening door, pivots open,
whilst the roof can be lifted to reveal the attic. Furniture and Dolls
sold separately.
Supplied flat packed for adult assembly, includes instructions and comes
in a sturdy cardboard box.

1:12 Scale Additional attic space can be made into any kind of room your
child desires. Made from replenishable rubber tree wood and veneered MDF board, this strong three storey-house has two main floors plus an attic in the pitched roof. Each floor has outward opening access doors and the roof hinges up. There are dormer windows to the attic and the main windows
have sliding bottom sashes. There is a porch, with support pillars, over the front door. Inside there are stairs to each floor.
A basement can be added to give extra rooms .
Comes flat packed with easy adult assembly.
