   BRITISH MANUFACTURED GAVELS   

The following range of Gavels are made here in the United Kingdom.  A master craftsman with over 30 years of skill and expertise in producing fine quality timber turning and joinery items makes all pieces by hand.
All our Fine Wooden Collectibles are hand made by Mike Fitz and have a French polish and wax finish, no stain or lacquer is used. All our Fine Wooden Collectibles will darken with age which we feel, and we’re sure you’ll agree, enhances their beauty, and they will go on giving pleasure for many years to come.
Mike’s work has gained the reputation of being “Tomorrows Antiques” and over the years has been appreciated and collected by many connoisseurs from all over the world.
The nature of timber means each piece will be individual and unique.

This is our Top of the Range Finely turned Exotic Timber Gavel and block.
 The Gavel and Block are hand turned in Rosewood or Oak, with Satinwood to order..
The Gavel (or hammer) lies on a 14cm (5.5 in.) diameter Block (or base)
Gavel length 23cm. (9 in.)
Sturdy enough to be a gift for a working Auctioneer or Judge, this handsome item also makes a perfect gift for the "Head" of the household, or as a desk accessory
Approx. Dimensions: Gavel 225mm long with 125mm Diameter Sound block.
 
Also available is our slightly smaller version, this is a unique design commissioned by ourselves and is not available anywhere else.
Dimensions :190mm long, head 40mm diameter with sound block 100mm diameter, 20mm thick.
